Leonardo Garcia has extensive experience in strategic business development and consultative sales, leveraging a vast experience in senior management positions with infrastructure technology companies and service providers. Mr. Garcia is specialized in analyzing potential market size and opportunities, devising and implementing action plans for revenue growth.

As Director of Cingular Wireless Government Solutions Group, Mr. Garcia was responsible for strategic programs and driving new business by developing and establishing strategic high level relationships and partnerships within the systems integrator community, including developing alliances and strategies with companies with emerging technologies.

Previously, he was a senior manager with Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems where he was responsible for IP convergence, network infrastructure, wireless technologies, security products and solutions supporting the enterprise, multi-national accounts and service provider market, including developing Lucent’s channel development strategy.

Additionally, Mr. Garcia was as a Business Development Director with Inktomi Corporation supporting the channel and systems integrators for content delivery networks and application layer multicasting technologies for satellite providers, application service providers and carriers.
